Hot Stone Therapy Massage
This one day, 7-hr class, is held either on a Friday or Sunday and is designed to instruct the massage therapist on the therapeutic healing effects of Stone Therapy. This course includes information on the benefits and contraindications of Hot Stone, proper draping methods and stone placement and care. This versatile treatment protocol offers stress reduction, pain relief and tension reduction in soft tissues. It can be used as a stand-alone treatment of incorporated into existing ones. Student will be given a certificate of proficiency and completion after passing final exam at the end of course.

Prerequisite: Applicant must have a current Colorado Massage License in active/good standing
